Items required before an account will be bound:
- For contractor's accounts issued by Benchmark Insurance Company, a completed and signed (i) WESTCAP Standard Application (edition 2/27/09.
- For building materials accounts issued by Benchmark Insurance Company please contact an underwriter.
- For accounts issued by United Contractors Insurance Company, RRG, a completed and signed UCIC Supplemental Application with a completed ACORD application, and a signed UCIC Subscription Agreement.
Other documents and information required as a condition to binding may be noted on our quotes.
Generally, and subject to the terms of WESTCAP’s agreements with carriers, 25% of premium and 100% of all premium taxes and fees are required to be received at the time of binding, with all other amounts due within 30 days of invoicing.
